Cardinal Ridge Theater will be open for Movie Night throughout the Spring, Summer and Fall. Bring anyone you want. Bring chairs, blankets, cushions, and your favorite refreshments, then get ready to enjoy the show! Movie Night is as comfortable and fun as you make it. We usually have popcorn or kettle corn and water. Maybe even a home brewed b

eer to sample. If you want to bring other snacks or drinks, please feel free! Bring comfy chairs, there's plenty of room, and some pillows and blankets. Even the middle of summer it can be chilly. As it warms up, don't forget your bug spray or other prevention. Movie starts playing at dusk. If it is too windy or damp or raining, we will not have movie night due to potential equipment damage, but the Cardinal Ridge Theater home page and the event page will always be updated with the latest info. Everyone. We are going to cancel the September movie night and until further notice all movie events will special in nature and no longer scheduled.

We feel that, in the recent months and years, enthusiasm has waned either for the event or the movies and we are looking to back off and see if we can rekindle some of that initial excitement we experienced 5 years ago.

Thanks to everyone who came out to enjoy the movie nights.

The rain has foiled us again! Due to weather we will have to cancel tonight's Movie Night. But we'll hope for next week's movie!

Sorry everyone we had to cancel the movie, the rain this morning and the expected rain this afternoon are making the yard too damp. We will be shooting for 2 movies in August starting with "The Big Sleep" and ending with "Fat Sick and Nearly Dead" Then in September it is The Hunger Games, with Shaun of the Dead rounding out the year in October. There are more movie nights to come but we are not on for tonight. Have a great Saturday.
