🐾 Animals can serve in some pretty remarkable ways.

From military working dogs to service animals, therapy animals, and beloved companions, animals can provide security, independence, comfort, and connection.

This year, President Tracy’s Military Animal Project is helping shine a light on that special bond.

🌺🇺🇸 A Monday Moment of Gratitude — The Best on Earth
As we begin a new week, let's remember the extraordinary men and women who have worn our nation's uniform.
Their courage, sacrifices, and dedication deserve more than our gratitude—they deserve our continued support, friendship, and remembrance. ❤️
Today, we share “The Best on Earth” by Joanna Fuchs, a beautiful tribute reminding us just how much we owe our Veterans.
❤️ The Poppy Isn't a Season. It's a Promise.

Today is World Mental Health Day.

The American Legion Auxiliary Department of California encourages kindness, connection, and awareness as we support the mental well-being of veterans, military families, caregivers, members, and our communities.

A simple check-in, a listening ear, or a reminder that someone is not alone can make a meaningful difference. Today and every day, let us continue to care for one another.

For veterans in crisis, dial 988, then Press 1.

🇺🇸 In Service, Not Self.
