Central College Book Club

Central College Book Club Central College Book Club is a student organization that promotes reading literature for fun. We meet and discuss a book once a month!

While the main part of our club is reading a book every month and discussing it, we hope to also hold more events in the future such as movie nights or author visits! We use a budget from our Student Senate to buy the books each month and then donate them to our campus library after we are done and to Better World Books. Here is a list of books we have read in the past: A Great and Terrible Beauty

, Divergent, The Maze Runner, Paper Towns, Conversion, The Darkest Minds, The Six of Crows, Ready Player One, Gone Girl, Aristotle and Dante Discover the Universe, Room, Me Before You, Anything Anything, Schizo, Serena, Throne of Glass, We Were Liars, Attachments, Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, Lament. Current officers:
President: Jamie Hunt
Vice President: Kendra Schwery
Treasurer: Amanda Jensen
Secretary: Kayla VanDusseldorp
Publicity Coordinator: Hope Skeen
