Red Oak Grand Theatre Providing affordable entertainment for all ages. Parking is available along Coolbaugh St, and nearby parking lots. All tickets are $2.00.

The official page for the Red Oak Grand Theatre. Showtimes are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 7PM, and a Sunday matinee at 2 PM. Mission: Providing affordable entertainment for all ages. Company Overview: The Red Oak Grand Theater is operated by community volunteers, which helps with keeping the cost more affordable. The Red Oak Grand Theatre closed in June 2009. However, local citizens with interest in the theatre worked to re-open the business as a non-profit organization in September 2010. We are run by dedicated volunteers, which keeps our operating cost down. We also have kept admission and concession costs more affordable. Our movies are considered to be second run. This usually means a 2 month delay from the film's initial release date. If you would like to volunteer, please call 712-370-5797.

🚨 MOVIE SWITCH ALERT! 🚨

As it goes in the world of movies, we have a bit of a 🔁switcharoo for the weekend.

Daniel and the Fiery Furnace will play in Theatre 1 AND will be sponsored all weekend long by Crossroads Community Church! That means your 🎟️ ticket for this movie is FREE! (You still need to stop at the ticket booth so we can keep count of how many are seeing this film.)

Angel and the Badman has been called up a weekend earlier and will play in Theatre 2. Tickets will still be just $2 for this show, and a friendly reminder that we accept 💵 cash and check, but no 🚫💳 plastic or tappy tap tap from that phone.

Showtimes are per usual: 📆🕰️ Friday @ 7pm. Saturday @ 7pm, Sunday @ 2pm and 7pm.

Concessions will be fresh 🍿, volunteers will be joyful 😃, and those cup holders are 👩‍🍳😘 *chef's kiss*! IYKYK

Swing on by tonight between 4:30 and 6…or until we run out!

Reminder: please enter the parking lot at 5th and Washington from 5th street. From there you will be directed through the lot, exit onto Washington long enough to turn the corner onto 4th street. Next, you’ll head north toward Coolbaugh where our lovely Head Chicken will graciously accept your free will donation and send you down the line to pick up your desired number of meals and popcorn! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

TWO MORE SLEEPS!!!

Just two more sleeps until our annual Chicken and Noodle Fundraiser!

Please enter the parking lot that sits on the South Side of the theatre by approaching from 5th street. From there our volunteers will direct you through the parking lot and you will exit onto Washington St, be directed around the corner onto 4th street and ultimately around to Coolbaugh to pick up your delicious meal(s)! Please refrain from walking up to pick up meals.

Your free will donation will be used to pay our insurance premiums for the year. We thank you for your continued support of our effort to keep our ticket price and concession stand costs as low as we can.

And don't forget, next Wednesday is our annual drive by Chicken and Noodle dinner! Your generosity through this event helps us pay for our insurance which means we can keep operational costs low. Thank you for helping us run as best we can to entertain Southwest Iowa!

Join us for weekend 2 of Spider-Man Brand New Day or for the one and only weekend of The End of Oak Street. Action, suspense, all on a large screen with fantastic acoustics!
