Im available for one on one personal training sessions from 8am-8pm Monday thru Friday. My regular rate is $30/hr but starting next week for new clients only as a holiday special Im going to only charge $20/session for your first week. My FITCAMP is tonight at 7pm take one hour out of your day to do something active for yourself and DONT WORRY its only a beginners class I wont hurt you :-) Maximum Performance get there a couple mins early we will stretch and bring water and a towel. You have notning to lose but some calories. Invite a friend and I have 4 free slots left!! Its only $7

Tonight is the first day of the FIT CAMP at 7pm the cost os ONLY $7 & 600 CALORIES will be burned off while we have fun thats why its great to bring a friend we will get in shape as a group at Maximum Performance 104 S Madison st men and women any age group for the 5 free slots I gave out BRING A FRIEND!
