I wasn’t sure whether to post this. Money can be a taboo topic, but we believe in being upfront about costs to educate travelers, especially with recent Airbnb changes. Whether you are booking Helm Haven or another property, the total you see on Airbnb includes Airbnb’s 15.5% service fee, plus 6% state tax and 5% county lodging tax. We don’t keep any of these fees.

Our cleaning fee goes directly toward paying our incredible cleaner fair wages and covering our professional linen laundry service. In fact, it costs us more than what guests are charged, and we cover the difference to make sure every stay meets our high standards.

From fresh linens to inviting spaces, every detail is designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We hope this gives you a clear picture of where your money goes and why we do what we do.
