Palm Arbor is a cozy, clean, modern, meticulously appointed haven right in the heart of Old Northeast. From here you can easily walk or bike to any downtown destination. Inside and out, it is well maintained with care and thoughtfulness. The proprietor is ready and willing to help with everything from restaurant recommendations to lending a helping hand. He makes you feel like family from the minute you arrive while respecting your privacy and without being intrusive. Keep in mind it is a studio but for us it was more than enough space. Thanks for a wonderful stay - we hope to stay here again!

We loved Palm Arbor Suite! Our hosts made us feel so welcome. The space was very well put together with all the amenities. The location was outstanding, with walking distance to the water and downtown St. Pete. We spent a wonderful three weeks there and would definitely come back. We highly recommend Palm Arbor Suite for a great place to stay in St. Pete!

Thank You Christine and Wendy? We also felt a strong bond together. It was wonderful sitting together on our front porch and listening to your dreams that became a reality right before our eyes. It's amazing while talking how the excitement of the Old Northeast became infectious. It will be a true pleasure to call you friends and neighbors. Welcome to the ONE.

I stayed for 4 days, could have stayed for 4 months.. Comfortable, elegant, modern, in a historic neighborhood with a distinct feel. Location - 5 minute walk to the waterfront Vinoy park, historic mansions. Safe quiet area, I felt comfortable walking around by myself at night. Brick-paved street (Augusta Block), elegant bungalows everywhere, Southern charm just gushes around here. Studio has a front porch and a private garden fenced in and gated. Full of tropical foliage, flowers. Inside, there is a fully equipped kitchen with more appliances and tools than I have at home. Blender? Sure. mixer? Sure. Toaster? Sure. Electric wine bottle opener? Sure. Mixing bowls, set of knifes, upscale silverwear and glasswear, even vases and tea pots. Stainless steel, granite, full range with hood, full dishwasher, large fridge and microwave. Designer everything, even the garbage can. Inside the closet - the owners have thought of every detail (umbrellas for rain and for sun, playing cards, board games, lint remover brush, lunch pack, flashlight, beach towels, etc..) The living room is gorgeous - elegant brown furniture, paintings, sculptures, electronic candles on a timer. It was inviting. The fridge was fully stocked with milk, water and a nice bottle of Pinot Grigio prior to my arrival. Good coffee too. The bathroom has high quality towels, better than mine at home. The bed is comfortable, good pillows. Did I mention that everything was very clean? When you walk in, the smell is very clean and fresh. I felt like I could stay a lot longer. The owners are great people. Richard was very helpful, I was in the area to look for an apartment to rent and he offered to help me. In my opinion, this is a gem. I will always stay here.
