December in Salem has a cold all its own, and this year we can’t wait to fill it with strange films, unforgettable art, and a little Krampus magic. 🖤❄️

These behind the scenes photos are a glimpse of the work going into Cinema Obscura II: Krampus Nacht. I’ve been building an entire command center to manage festival operations, and we’ve put together a full social media plan to bring you along as everything takes shape.

On festival day, we hope it all feels effortless. Behind that experience are months of planning, plenty of hard work, and more love and sweat than these photos can show. We’re so excited about what we’re creating, and even more excited to share it with you in December.

This is only the beginning. 🎬
