This timely documentary follows three American physicians — Palestinian, Jewish, and Zoroastrian — who volunteered in besieged Gaza hospitals and returned home fighting for the patients and colleagues they left behind. What starts as a story of medicine becomes a fight that reaches all the way to Congress.
