Amazing news! We have finally received our tax exemption status from the IRS. You can now look us up on the IRS website to confirm. Any contributions made to the Tower Theater Foundation are now tax-deductible. Our tax ID number is: 84-3245439. Any contributions will be set aside for renovation. Contributions can be sent to: Tower Theater Foundation, 308 N. Montgomery St., Ojai, CA. 93023. We are on our way!

Thank you all for supporting the Santa Paula Tower Theater. We are in the process of creating a 501c3 non-profit organization to bring the theater back to life in order to serve the community. Due to COVID, the IRS has been slow to respond, but hopefully the 501c3 will be official soon. Once we are officially in operation, we will be raising funds for the restoration of the theater to its former glory.
