Reverie Playhouse coming to Scottsboro, AL
Reverie Playhouse is a small indie theater (actual physical theater) located in Scottsboro, Alabama. Facebook.com/reverieplayhouse
We are inside a big cool old building with high ceilings that also houses a coffee shop in the front (Pine Brothers Coffee Company). I mean it is really pretty neat.
The theater has a 12 foot by 8 foot screen, projector, sound system, as well as a stage for concerts and other performances. Seating is limited to about 31 seats (old school red flip up theater seats we snagged online). Tickets will range around $7-10.
We will accept submissions for filmmakers (and if selected, you will get a cool laurel leaf dealio to put on your poster "Official Selection- Reverie Playhouse- 20**) and could even win an award at the end of that year if we choose you as "best ____". Also, we accept submissions for performances from bands, poets, storytellers, jugglers, whatever that is cool and dreamy and fun.
