We've been working on RED SHARK for close to three years now, and we're happy to report that Episode One is finally nearing total completion. This has been an extremely difficult, but very rewarding & educational experience for all hands involved, and we intend to see it through to the end. Unfortunately, posting the entire episode online would disqualify us from several Film Festivals we intend to enter (including DragonCon and the STL Showcase), but we would like to at least share a preview containing the first scene + a short preview montage. Red Shark is ultimately a wild, spiritual amalgamation of everything we love, drawing influence from Star Trek, 90s syndicated shows, animated sitcoms, classic action movies and Japanese anime/sentai/kaiju. The full episode is about 20 minutes, and w'll be posting updates on when/where it will be screened. We also have 5 additional episodes down the pipeline as well, and we hope to have those completed eventually - for now, enjoy the preview!

Big thanks to Steve Klotz Jeremy Hall, and Alicen Moser for their voice talents in this preview, as well as Gregory R. Halesr & Michael Johnson or their outstanding original music scoring. Couldn't have done it without Kyle Beepboop's awesome graphic design, designing nearly every logo, poster and computer screen in the show. And super amazing thanks to Ian Jentsch for creating this world and bringing it to life with great character design, stop-animation skills, and awesome set design.

RED SHARK is the world’s first stop-motion animated futuristic sci-fi post-apocalyptic action-adventure comedy romp series, and we’ve been working non-stop to make it a reality for the past year and a half.

It all started when Ian Jentsch had a dream – a dream of a red shark cruising a world covered with endless ocean, fighting the bad guys who inhabit the depths of the sea. From that, Ian Jentsch, Kaelan Ramos, and Steve Klotz spent 6 months developing this world and writing six 15-minute episodes detailing the adventures of the Red Shark Crew.

A talented cast then assembled at our first recording studio (!!) to provide voices for the characters, and we achieved our childhood dreams of recording peoples’ voices for a cartoon series. Since then, we’ve been working tirelessly to build the world of RED SHARK – unbelievable progress so far, but it’s still a long road ahead, and we’ll stop at nothing to get all 6 episodes completed by Summer 2016.

Shoutouts to our amazing cast, graphic designer (Kyle Bauer), sound engineer (Gregory R. Hales), concept art illustrator (Derek Fultz), the photographer of our voice recording session (Sarah Albert), the band that wrote and performed our theme song before we even had the scripts finished (Midpacific), and anybody who is actually still reading this. We look forward to showing you guys our weird little show.
