Desiwood Desiwood aspires to be a catalyst for warmer and closer relationship among the members of Desiwood and to the world of South Asian Films and related arts.

The vision is to promote, expand, deepen and strengthen relationship among the South Asian Filmmakers and those who aspire to be part of it by creating platform for new comers and associated promoters, distributors to come to one recourse. It will tie together and make use of huge reservoir of power and talent available within USA,Canada and UK. It will provide a platform for academics, scholars,

writers, poets thinkers, musicians, dancers, artists, film directors and actors, photographers, theater personalities, media reps, leading public figures and other opinion makers to connect, interact, network, exchange views, co-operate, collaborate with each other to create greater understanding and appreciation of each other’s point of view thus generating goodwill and friendship. It will, also draw from the experience of filmmakers in the South Asian Sub-Continent by holding seminars and workshops with members of the filmdom there.
