Broken Limbs Student Theater

Broken Limbs Student Theater A theater group run completely by students ages 13-18. A non-profit theater group founded by two high-schoolers and run entirely by students ages 13-18.

We strive to provide a fun, and energetic environment for students to explore the dramatic arts. Participants will go through the entire process of auditioning, rehearsing, and finally performing a full theatrical production for the public. This also includes set building, costume design, etc. Participants will be involved in all areas of the production.

We are so excited to announce that we were able to drop off our final donation of $2,004.03 to the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - Gateway Chapter this morning. That makes a total of $2,254.03 in donations (combined with last year) raised through our two productions. We would like to thank everyone who made this possible. Every penny counts- keep fighting for a cure!

Dear Friends, Fans and Supporters,

First of all, thank you so much for all of your INCREDIBLE support these past few years, either financially, as an actor, crew member, audience member, etc. we couldn't have done it with out you. Truly, we are thankful for each and every person who has been a part of Broken Limbs.

With bittersweet feelings, we'd like to officially announce that Broken Limbs ends here, and we will NOT be doing a production this summer. It seems that our lives have become too busy, with many many exciting things and we just can't keep up with everything. We feel that if we did continue, we would not be able to dedicate the proper amount of time and effort that the company deserves.

That being said, we'd especially like to thank St. Louis Community College- Meremac (particularly Rick Willmore) for helping us beyond expectation and making last summer's show so much greater than we ever could have imagined.

We'd also like to thank the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society for all of the amazing work they do for local patients. It was truly an honor to play a small part in your amazing projects and we thank you for allowing us the opportunity. Within the next few months we plan to make our final donation.

And last, but certainly not least, we'd most like to thank our families, parents in particular, for so so many things. For not laughing at us when we first decided, as bright-eyed 15 year olds, that we wanted to start a business without any experience (haha), for supporting us without question, for being front and center at every performance...the list goes on. We're surrounded with love- what more could a girl ask for?

Thank you ALL, for being a part of the project.

Much love,
Anna & Jackie
