We're hiring 🎬Circle Cinema is looking for a Membership and Development Manager to help us grow and care for our member community.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their nonprofit career who wants hands-on experience in membership administration, donor stewardship, and fundraising support. Reporting to the executive director, you'll manage day-to-day membership operations, track growth and retention metrics, plan member engagement events, and support development initiatives like prospect research and grant reporting.
We're looking for candidates with:
- 2+ years of experience in membership services, nonprofit administration, fundraising, or customer service
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with CRM or donor databases (preferred)
- A passion for the arts and community engagement
This role is a strong entry point into nonprofit development and fundraising, with the chance to build real relationships with the members and donors who sustain our mission of advancing community consciousness through film.
