The program initially used a two-year rotation between theatre and music, with art being added as a third rotation in 2009. ArtFest, TheatreFest, and MusicFest are, by nature, quite different in concept and design; however, they have one similar component, that being to provide students with the opportunity to study with outstanding high school and university instructors and professional artists from across the state.
