3-Year-Old Pair Need to Start a New Life in Gauteng

I meet so many dogs.
Each one unique and so different from the next.
And then I meet someone truly exceptional — like this wonderful female — and it’s hard to ignore her.

She has special qualities that make her stand out: she’s gentle, gracious, kind (I always say not all dogs are kind), and adores people. She is quietly confident, playful, and even on her worst days she checks on the other dogs, plays when they initiate, and shows such softness that it’s hard to forget her.

Her partner is a giant, strong boy who lacks confidence but will reverse backwards and try to avoid things he’s unsure of.

Now that he knows and trusts us we have experienced a romantic neck kiss now and then. And some heavy breathing that would normally be inappropriate.

Through her, he settles down, looks to her for reassurance, and takes her lead.
For this reason — and so many others — we will only be adopting them as a bonded pair.

We wish to place them as the only dogs in a home in Gauteng, where we can be nearby to assist them if needed.

Applicants will be subject to a detailed background check, home inspection, vet reference, and employment confirmation.

These dogs were surrendered because their owners are facing jail time. If anyone is thinking about “making a plan to get their hands on them,” know that you can try — but you will only be wasting your time.
