Body Rock has always been built on family, unity, and heart. 💛
At this time, our founder, Anna Sarao, is focusing on her health. In support of her healing journey, we’ve made the heartfelt decision to pause Body Rock in 2026.
We ask that you keep her in your thoughts and send her strength, love, and positivity as she moves through this chapter. 💛
Thank you to every dancer, choreographer, creative, volunteer, and supporter who has helped build this community into what it is today. Your love and energy are felt more than you know.
